(3) A person who neglects or fails to comply with this section shall forfeit all right or title to any Crown land claimed to be held by that person under a lease or other title or by possession unless he or she, within 1 calendar month after the service of notice of forfeiture, complies with this section. The word "property" in this section means land, building, dwelling, structure, wharf or marine work.
